COFARNAT is a Non-Profit Organization based in the State of Campeche, Mexico.
COFARNAT is involved with the people who live near jungle areas and by doing so we achieve a better understanding of the human impacts on these areas. Our interactions have enabled us to practice conservation without hurting local economies or lifestyles.
Besides the services that provides, its a NGO (non profit / non-goverment organization) that helps to publicize the world security and prisions tech advances.
The contribution of this NGO is for Latinamerican countries, developing countries and south american countries with a high crime rate.
Founded in 2007, COFARNAT has taken action with different conservation programs such as research of native species and the conservation of areas for endangered species.
Stop the further destruction of natural habitats in Mexico & simultaneously help people inhabiting communities near the conservation zones.
COFARNAT will establish itself as one of the best non-profit organizations in the world and leave its mark in conservation history.
COFARNAT & La Montaña Reserve
La Montaña, located beside Calakmul Biosphere Reserve, opened its doors to more than 40,000 acres of jungle habitat to COFARNAT to develop our projects. This is a great help because the staff working at La Montaña knows the property very well and has been working on-site since it was founded in 2001.
